I'm Paul Newton, and I have worked in some of the best kitchens in and around the county of Lincolnshire during my 30 years as a chef. You may have sampled my food at any of these establishments:

All of my menus are designed for a minimum of six guests. However I can accept booking below six but there will be a surcharge to cover for the service provided.

We follow best practice procedures in kitchen and take steps to minimise the risks of foods coming into contact with other products, including allergens. However, due to the presence of ingredients that contain allergens that are normally present in the kitchen, and also may involve using shared preparation and cooking areas I can never guarantee that a dish is completely free from any allergens or specific ingredients. We had such a lovely time the food was amazing! All 15 of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a few dietary requirements all of which were met and Paul was able to accomodate everyones choice of food. Also enjoyed seeing the spotless kitchen afterwards!

Your communication prior to our dinner was great, and on the night you were super efficient, pleasant, and of course a fabulous chef! It was a delight to have you come cook for us, serve, and clear up without a hint of fuss. The food was amazing - you have even converted a 40'something non-prawn eater to a prawn eater!

Fab communication from Paul throughout booking and on the run up to our meal and was very accommodating when I had to request a change to one of the courses for myself due to dietary restrictions. He even found the time to take some group photos for us despite catering to 8 of us in a fairly small and ill equipped kitchen! Would highly recommend and definitely would book again for future events!

We hired Paul to cater a 3 course lunch for us as a celebration for my parents wedding anniversary. He was very professional,and we all felt an ease having him in the house preparing and serving the food. The food itself was lovely, beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. We particularly appreciated being able to pick menu options as some of the other chefs we had looked at you had to select the same meals for everyone. He even added a meal for my young son at the last minute and threw in a pudding for him from his leftover ingredients that we hadn't accounted for which he was delighted about

I booked this for my husbands 40th surprise with friends and I cannot fault the experience at all. The food was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully presented. Paul came with his own crockery and washed and tidied up before he left. He spoke through everyone’s dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole night, with our friends wanting Paul’s details to book him themselves. I booked Paul for a surprise Birthday meal for my Wife. Paul arrived bang on time and prepared the most outstanding food for from a customised menu we agreed by email. Each dish was beautifully constructed and tasted as good as it looked. Paul did a special kids meal for my 6 year old son too. We could totally relax as Paul made sure everything was taken care of, providing crockery and leaving a spotless kitchen afterwards. Paul was on time, perfectly prepared and delivered 7 courses of fine dining in an igloo! He was happy to tweak his menu for our fussy eater and every single course was fantastic! A truly unforgettable experience. We booked Paul to cater for my Parents' Golden Wedding celebrations, at Woodhall Spa Manor. There were 14 of us to cater for and Paul was great to deal with from start to finish. The food was first class and the service excellent. Having never experienced private dining before - I can highly recommend it! The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Paul was so calm and professional - the kitchen looked immaculate! Paul arrived on time, with no help needed. The food was made for the time I had chosen to have as eat time, however we wasnt quite ready but Paul was happy to wait. The food was amazing, cooked very well and all 15 people (some picky) were all really impressed with the food. He then completely cleaned up and went on his way. We were all really impressed.

The service from start to finish was first class. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible. The dishes were full of flavour and fresh. The presentation was stunning and his friendly demeanour was exceptional. The menu was exciting and fitted to our brief perfectly. He brought all his own dishes and kitchenware and cleaned up meticulously as if he was never there. Having Paul cook for us in our home was such a delight.
